NOTE: When you pull up, do not worry about all the cars. He's got a lot of business because he's so good at what he does. Pull into the gravel to the right of the shop if you can't fit your car in. He will take care of you and your vehicle with the ultimate care and consideration.
We recently moved to the area and once I discovered some smoking coming from the front I needed to get it looked at. I originally made an appointment online but honestly JUST CALL DIRECTLY OR DROP BY. He'll get you scheduled right then and there. Not a robot, not a faceless corporation. He'll handle you directly.
After his diagnostic tests, he sent over a digital invoice and was completely up front with his pricing. The invoice clearly stated what was parts pricing and what was labor pricing and anything in-between. No surprises with competitively fair prices.
When there was an issue with the repair he was upfront and honest and I really appreciated that from him! Things happen and he owned up to it. I respect that beyond anything else.
I also felt safe with him. Ladies you know what I mean. I felt safe being in his office. I felt safe speaking with him. He is kind and considerate and y'all know how us southern folks like to chat while we're coming and going. He is a family man and he took care of me like I was his blood.
